Jayla R. Lombardo is the founder of Lombardo Law, PLLC, which was founded in September 2021. Prior to that, Jayla was of counsel to a local law firm for two years before transitioning to her own practice. She focuses on civil litigation, particularly in the realm of real property and contracts law.
Jayla was born and raised in Rochester, New York. She graduated from St. John Fisher College in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and one in communications/journalism. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2012, having served as the President of the Domestic Violence Task Force.
She is a Member of the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association, having served on its Young Professionals Board as the community service co-chair in the capacity of Teen Court Liaison. She also cofounded the Young Professionals Board for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. More recently, she and her husband co-founded the Love, Lorenzo Memorial Fund which assists parents who have lost a child to memorialize that child in a way that it meaningful to them.
